Heather Nobler is the newest addition to the tennis professional staff at both Cypress Park and the Tennis Center of Coral Springs. Heather was raised in Iowa, and went on to play tennis for the University of Oklahoma. While there, Heather played #1 singles and was a two time Big 12 Conference first team member and an All American in doubles.

After graduation, Heather became the Assistant Women’s Tennis Coach for Marquette University from 2006-2009. Heather then moved to Nebraska where she was a Tennis Professional at a large club in Lincoln. She was ranked #1 nationally as a player in the over 30 division as a player in both singles and doubles. Since moving to Coral Springs in 2015, Heather has been teaching at the Boca Raton Hotel and Resort and now is bringing her skills and expertise to the City of Coral Springs.

“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to add a Tennis Professional of Heather’s caliber to our staff” says Tennis Director Kevin McCarthy. “She has tremendous experience as both a player and instructor, and has worked with both juniors and adults extensively.”

Heather moved to Coral Springs in 2015 with her husband Mark, who works for the Miami Dolphins. Heather and Mark have 2 children, a daughter named Madeline and a son Miles.

I am so fortunate to not only be teaching in the state of Florida but in a city like Coral Springs. I have the opportunity every day to do what I love, teaching all ages and levels. Helping players improve their games and reach their goals is very rewarding.
